Agencies in Mount Richon, WA, 6112

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Our property management team at O'neil Real Estate has been very professional, with excellent customer support, they communicate effectively keeping us updated with the ongoing management of our property assets and even in-depth screening and picking the right tenants for us. Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.

We have been with Sara Muir for nearly 6 years. They have provided a service that I don't think you would find anywhere else. They are quick to act and very professional in all aspects of their profession. They are very supportive and always act on your best behalf.

We have had the best experience with Sara Muir and her team. We are interstate investors from the east coast and having Sara’s local knowledge about the rental market in WA, to organising quotes for trades to her offering advice, to being so helpful and a good ear to bounce things off has really put our mind at ease. It gives us peace of mind that even though we are so far away we know that our investment is in great hands with Sara and her amazing crew. With Property Manager Sally at the helm, she held the 1st open home for the property on a Sunday and we were able to secure a great quality tenant!

The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
