Everything was made a breeze for me. Clear communication, lovely girls easy to deal with. Very happy!

My agent has managed my property professionally throughout the past 12 months. Communication regarding the tenants needs was effective, thorough reporting in condition report and ensuring tenant maintained the property for the period of their tenancy. Qualifying a new tenant within quick turnaround period was soundly achieved. Exit expectations ensured the property was left clean and tidy on tenants departure.

We recently have taken on renting a property with Gaehl real estate. From inspection,to acceptance,to going through process,it has been easy and extremely friendly and professional.

Very professional, responsive and approachable. Very helpful in anything that we need to know

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot recommend our property manager highly enough! From the very beginning, she has been nothing short of amazing. Finding the right home for our growing family was incredibly important to us, and we genuinely believe we wouldn’t be where we are today without her help and support. She is so incredibly efficient, professional, approachable and genuinely caring. What really sets her apart is how family-orientated she is. She understands that finding a house isn’t just about securing a rental property, it’s about finding a place for a family to call home and create memories. She has gone above and beyond for us, making the entire process so much easier and less stressful. Her communication is fantastic, she’s always on top of everything, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. We are beyond grateful for everything she has done for our family. She is an absolute asset to her agency, and we feel so lucky to have her as our property manager! Five stars simply aren’t enough! 💗
