Monique has been fantastic to work with. She is very proactive and does an amazing job at keeping us updated, especially whilst we are overseas. She is knowledgeable and professional in her day-to-day job. Great work, Monique.

I am extremely happy with the experience so far. Nothing is too difficult and communication is easy

I can't recommend Monique highly enough. She is incredibly efficient, professional and always on top of everything. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she keeps you informed every step of the way. Her communication, attention to detail and commitment to getting things done really stand out. It's such a relief knowing your property is in capable hands with Monique and the team at L J Hooker Lifestyle Group Camden. I would recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a fantastic property manager/real estate agent.

After renting the same property for 18yrs, my family and I found ourselves having to find a new home as the owner had decided to sell. What followed was an incredibly stressful and emotional journey. Finding a suitable property was proving much harder than i had imagined, and after countless disappointments, I was beginning to lose hope. Little did I know my luck was about to change when I applied for a property and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vathani. From our very first interaction, I knew I was dealing with someone truly special. Vathani was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding of our situation. For the first time throughout this difficult process, I felt someone was actually listening. I wasn't just another applicant or a number.I was a person with a family who desperately needed a place to call home. Vathani went above and beyond to make us feel supported, valued and cared for. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel as though we were being looked after by family rather than a real estate agency. In an industry where the personal touch can sometimes be forgotten, Vathani is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. What started as one of the most stressful chapters of our lives became such a positive experience, and for that, I will always be grateful. Vathani, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, patience and professionalism, but most importantly, for treating my family with such genuine care and respect. You made a difference in our lives when we needed it the most.❤️ I can not recommend Vathani highly enough. Five stars simply are not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CENTURY 21 Pereira Group definitely above the rest 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
