Leo Returned calls quickly communication was first class very professional

Kristian was always available to answer any questions that I had making the whole process seamless. Any small maintenance requirements, Kristian had booked & organised before we moved in, which was reassuring and a lovely way to move in - the whole process was ‘stress free’. Thank you Kristian & Doyle Spillane

Kept us updated, made the whole process easy, and worked hard to get a fantastic result. We'd happily recommend Doyle Spillane to anyone leasing their home.

I have been dealing with Greycliffe Property for quite a few years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. Rhett keeps me up to date with everything that's happening and if I need help with anything he is quick to act and always the professional. The service they provide as agents and their way of communicating with owners is excellent.

Jenny is an exceptional property manager and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She is incredibly organised, proactive, and never misses a beat. She keeps me informed about everything that's happening with my property, finds great tenants, and arranges reliable tradespeople whenever maintenance is needed. Owning an investment property can be stressful, but Jenny takes all the hassle out of it. I have complete confidence that my property is in the best hands, and I know everything will be handled promptly and professionally. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding service, Jenny is the person you want managing your property.

I found dealing with Greycliffe Property very refreshing. They kept me informed throughout my rental application process and made both the application and the move very easy. They are friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent or work with an agent for other purposes.

Great communication. Always there to clarify questions and help out. Very grateful :)

The team at Raine and Horne Northern Beaches goes above and beyond. Emma has been particularly outstanding in her approach to finding our family a suitable rental to call home, and finding the perfect tenants for our property. She really understood our family and what we were looking for across all areas. Approachable, friendly, so knowledgeable and a gun at what she does! We felt truly looked after from the beginning, not just a number in the system. I really would not feel any hesitation in recommending Emma and the team at Raine and Horne Northern Beaches for your property management and leasing needs. Lena Shepherd

I had the pleasure of working with Emma at McGrath to lease out my apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always keeping me updated and answering any questions promptly. Her communication was clear, concise, and professional, making the entire process seamless. Emma’s expertise and dedication really stood out, and I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services. She truly goes above and beyond!

Emma has taken over managing over rental property, she is professional, communicates well and is really trustworthy and transparent. We highly recommend her. Landlords (Avalon Apartment).

McGrath were very helpful in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Communication could be improved, especially in relation to breakdown of fees as agreed in the agency agreement. All communication is via email, and limited interaction by phone. Emails are easily missed and would prefer a regular phone call to keep me updated on the tenant inspections, condition of my property, and property related expenses
