It was constantly let with high quality tenants who always paid on time and kept the place well maintained. Rebecca is friendly, professional and nothing was too difficult. She gave great guidance and advice on all matters so it was a pain free exercise - not least due to the fact that I dealt with the same agent over that time (unlike in Sydney where they change constantly).
