We were so impressed with our experience with this property manager Daniel Moddel and cannot recommend him and his agency enough. What stood out to us was that Daniel wasn’t just processing an application, he seemed genuinely concerned about finding the right tenants for his landlord. He took the responsibility seriously and wanted to make sure the right person was selected rather than simply choosing an applicant to move in.
