Steven was handling both of my purchase of a property and also assist in renting it out. I have never feel so easy and hassle free throughout the process and all because of Steven's expertise, efficiency, prompt communication and professional. His negotiation skills is top as he had helped me very quickly rent out the property of the rental price that probably is the highest in the area. I am, without a doubt would refer and recommend Steve to my friends and network!

Ray white has the high skill in communication with the owner and the tenants. We have good tenants occupy the property average 3 years even during COVID without too much impact to the owner especially the vacancy.
