Adele and her staff are the most professional team my husband and I have ever come across. Their attention to detail is way above what you would expect, they communicate regularly with everything to do with our property and in a timely manner . We are not left wondering what’s happening, we have easy access to the app to track what’s happening with our property . Our previous agent left us feeling very disappointed in the process , but Adele turned around our investment with her recommendations and we now have a great tenant in and the place looks amazing .

Kylie is a very proactive property manager, with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. We had a plumbing emergency at our property and Kylie responded quickly. Ensuring the tenants were happy and the emergency was fixed.
