Arthur and his team efficiently managed my rental property (a unit) prior to the tenants finally vacating after having lived there for over 30 years. I took his suggestions on board and after obtaining very competitive quotes, he then proceeded to organise and coordinate all works, (which proceeded smoothly and efficiently) whilst continually updating me on the progress. Arthur always returned my calls/ emails promptly, nothing was too much trouble. The finished product far exceeded my expectation, it looking fresh bright and modernised. The unit is now re-tenanted. McGrath were very helpful in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Communication could be improved, especially in relation to breakdown of fees as agreed in the agency agreement. All communication is via email, and limited interaction by phone. Emails are easily missed and would prefer a regular phone call to keep me updated on the tenant inspections, condition of my property, and property related expenses
