Was able to get a tenant in a few weeks when others could not get for months

Responsive, professional and great customer service when speaking face to face. However, there were some internal miscommunications incidents where the strata management was not informed about the move-in, or the inspection agent didn’t inform internal team about the letters received, or some communication gaps to follow up the status of fixing a shower screen.

Gokul was very helpful in helping me find a property to move into. He kept contact with me and let me know if anything available that suited my needs. Great people to deal with.
