My experience with Peek property has been excellent, especially with Mariana she has been very professional and her communication has been great. The routine inspections that she carries out are made trouble free and very easy with great communication with scheduling the inspections. I would highly recommend Peek property group to anyone looking for a property manager.

From dealing with a previous agent who did not return calls or any communication….peek property were the exact opposite. From day 1 they were on top of things and always communicating and made the whole experience so easy for myself. Very professional and nothing was a problem. They always had my best interest and were a pleasure to work with.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Matt Layton as our letting agent. He is extremely professional, always approachable, and went above and beyond to help us throughout our tenancy. Even after our tenancy ended, Matt went out of his way to help us secure another property, which we are truly grateful for. Any time we had a question or issue, Matt was easily contactable and quick to resolve things. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Matt Layton was a pleasure to deal with when I needed a short term rental with a very quick turnaround. He was prompt with communication and had an inspection and paperwork ready to go when I needed it. He was also very knowledgable about the property and tenant requirements. Highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt was fantastic to work with. Professional, stepped us through the process and excellent communication the whole way through - recommend to others.
