On the inspection day, we were late a bit for the inspection time and the lady was nice to wait for us to inspect. From the date of applying to the approval, it took only two days. Really quick and straight forwards! Thanks to Tin, Thu and their team!

Phil has been fantastic in communicating all through the process though we were in a different timezone. He got our property leased within the time frame he promised it to be, however the rental had to be reduced to go with the market conditions.
