Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised. The leasing and ongoing management process was smooth, and it was reassuring to know our property was being looked after with care. No sooner had we received the keys to our new property, Time Realty came through for an inspection and had all the documents ready for us to sign on the same day. They wasted no time preparing and publishing a great advertisement to lease the property. The quality and reach of the ad were evident, with prospective tenants lining up 30 minutes before the inspection. It only took one inspection for Time Realty to secure excellent tenants for the home.
