We used BradfieldCleary - Double Bay to lease our property when the prior tenants' lease ended. It was organised by Robyn and James. In short, they exceeded all our expectations. They dealt with our prior tenants in a professional and accommodating manner. They found an excellent-fit new tenant after just one open-house, and managed to lease the property at a higher rate than we had expected. They organised the rental agreement and all associated documentation in a timely and professional manner. Both Robyn and James were: - highly experienced and professional; - highly responsive and accommodating; - wonderful, friendly people. Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).
