I have always had excellent communication from PRD Tamworth as they manage my rental property. During a recent change of tenancy, they were always considerate of our needs and attempted to find the best person to take up my rental property. Information was always given candidly and I was able to make an informed decision about renting with their assistance. Monthly reports have always come on time and information about reviews of tenancy have always been prompt and detailed. We continue to use PRD Tamworth for the excellent service they provide in the rental market.

3A Warrumbungle Close North Tamworth
Kate from Managed by Kate contacted us and advised that our tenant was moving out and asked if we were happy for her to advertise to find another tenant. Throughout the whole process Kate kept in contact with us and after vetting prospective new tenants advised us on her recommendation. Despite the old tenant leaving the house in a bit of a state plus some ongoing maintenance issues that needed to be taken care off, the new tenant was signed up on a new lease and in a reasonably short time frame was all moved in. Kate made the whole experience quick and easy and as stress-free as possible for both us and the tenant. You can't go wrong with Kate!
