Agencies in Camden Haven

It’s early days but the team from One Agency did a great job finding a suitable new tenant in what is usually the quietest time of the year. Tim, Rose and Emily have all contributed to making the necessary arrangements happen smoothly.

I recently bought a property in the Port Macquarie area, I reached out to a few agents to manage my property. Tim at One Agency got back to me promptly and was very professional. He was amazing dealing with another difficult agent I used to purchase my property, and secured tenants ready to move in on the day of settlement. Emily has taken over looking after my property and has also been amazing, efficient and very professional. I'm extremely pleased with the service I have reviewed. Thanks One Agency

One Agency have been nothing short of brilliant to deal with when leasing our property out. The found a tenant almost straight away at our asking price and the process was seamless. They are friendly, have excellent market knowledge and are so easy to communicate with. Could not recommend them more.

Hayley was fantastic in finding the right tenants for our property. From our initial walkthrough, she was positive, professional, and confident about managing the lease. She consistently communicated with us throughout the inspection and leasing process and continues to keep us informed.

If you're looking to rent in Lake Cathie, I would highly recommend this team. Very responsive, always available and very helpful when you have issues. Visiting the office makes it clear this team is friendly, polite and personable. Truly the best real estate experience I've had. A local and hard-working crew who I would definitely go through again for future tenancy.

Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Made the whole process a pleasure and stress free.
