Due to a sudden opportunity to relocate ... I rapidly realised I was going to become/needed to be a landlord, and in a very short space of time (over the Christmas/New Year period). Rebecca and the team took over our self managed property as we were away travelling and our tenants gave notice. They took onboard the closure of the previous lease seamlessly and worked with our outgoing tenants to close their lease. They did a great job organising trades and cleaners to prepare the property for advertisement and found new tenants within days of advertising. Wonderful work!
