Being new in Illawarra, it was very difficult for me to find a rental property during my time. I was happy that Ray White Albion Park considered me. Kiara was very accommodating and smiling during the inspection and application. My application was approved in less than a week with no hassle with the agent assisting me along the way until I got the key. They even waited for me past office hours to grab the key because I was working and can't knock off early being a new employee. During the tenancy, repair requests were acted upon straightaway and continuously giving us feedback about the update. When I left for work interstate, and it's timely that the tenancy contract ended, there were some minor issues (cleanliness, missing items, etc) because I left and vacate in a hurry, however, the agents were able to sort-out that for me and I was able to received the bond in full which they organised swiftly. I'm very happy with Ray White Albion Park, with special mention to Kiara and Montana. If not because I moved interstate for work, I would have remained with them.
