From the very first meeting, Emma made a wonderful impression. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. What stood out to me most was how quickly she understood both my property and the type of tenant I was looking for. I hardly needed to explain anything—Emma immediately knew how to position the property and who it would appeal to. The entire process was straightforward, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. Within a very short time, she found the right tenant for my apartment, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the process. If I had to describe Emma in a few words, I would say she is professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. She combines expertise with a personal touch that makes you feel confident your property is in good hands. I am very glad I chose Emma as the property manager for my apartment and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable property manager.

I had the pleasure of working with Emma at McGrath to lease out my apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her service. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always keeping me updated and answering any questions promptly. Her communication was clear, concise, and professional, making the entire process seamless. Emma’s expertise and dedication really stood out, and I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services. She truly goes above and beyond!

Emma has taken over managing over rental property, she is professional, communicates well and is really trustworthy and transparent. We highly recommend her. Landlords (Avalon Apartment).

McGrath were very helpful in finding a suitable tenant for my property. Communication could be improved, especially in relation to breakdown of fees as agreed in the agency agreement. All communication is via email, and limited interaction by phone. Emails are easily missed and would prefer a regular phone call to keep me updated on the tenant inspections, condition of my property, and property related expenses
