Since 2018 Astute Realty has been nothing but an excellent suppprt to us on every level. I've developed a very good relationship with Phil, Tammy, Nicole and all the great staff. Everything they do is very professional and knowledgeable of the property market both in sales and rental management. Our house was built and guided through the process by Astute from Land purchase, design, build, regulations, advertising, tennants, looking after tennants, and property management. This process, with their vast experience Astute made seamless. They have always been very prompt, return communications straight away, wise in their dealings and negotiating, and sound in depth advice whenever I have a question or unexpected situation arises. For me, the biggest thing is trust, which I can confidently say I have fully with Astute over the 8 years I have been connected there. I have been using Harcourts Northlakes since 2014 and will not be changing anytime soon. Everything has been made super easy and I do not have to worry about my investment properties while in their hands. The property report are detailed and I have had no trouble with any of the tenants they have selected. Communication is everything when using a property manager and they have it covered. Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
