Agencies in Newtown, VIC, 3220

4.5/5 Start to finish was very smooth, a face to face contact would have been a bit of a bonus to answer some random questions for first time renters but otherwise great experience.

Assisted with application and kept communication throughout the process at above standard level. Communication and speed of addressing any issues superb and not needed to be chased up which helps reduce any stresses

Communication style, Professionalism

They were genuinely friendly and kept me well-updated at every step, which made the whole experience much easier

From the first inspection to signing the lease, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My agent was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process simple. They answered all my questions promptly and made me feel valued as a tenant. Thank you for making my move so easy. I would definitely recommend Gartland to others.

I had a question regarding bonds and rent. They responded within 24 hours and all docs were sent and updated fast, with follow up emails sent to me, which help me keep the records.

Buxton Highton was super organised and informative with any questions we may have had. They helped us a lot with moving into our rental home and we are very happy and hope to rent with Buxton in the future!

Buxton is very easy to deal with. Both knowledgeable and excellent customer communication.

Sherrie has been absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond to help give her views on properties that we were considering buying before we signed with her and has been very professional and communicative when renting our property out with her. Thanks Sherrie!
