Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised. The leasing and ongoing management process was smooth, and it was reassuring to know our property was being looked after with care.
