Kate Sommervelle has been my property manager for 5 years. I have two inner city apartments that have been tenanted for almost the entire time. Kate and her team have moved furniture, facilitated interior designers and carefully vetted new tenants. With very little effort on my part, the properties are maintained well. During a difficult 2020 Kate has been outstanding. I cannot think of how Kate and her team could have done any more for me or my properties. One apartment recently sold by AYRE agent Craig Donahue.
