Our experience while renting property with MINT has been exceptional. The consistent and clear communication about upcoming inspections and payments was perfect. Any minor issues or queries that we raised during our time at the property were quickly addressed and resolved. At the end of our lease Amanda and Taryn were very professional and helpful in directing us towards other properties that would suit our needs. I highly recommend MINT to any tenants looking to rent a property.

I am very satisfied with mint real estate east Fremantle as all the team members show professionalism and excellent service. Particularly, Taryn King is always quick in responding to the maintenance queries. I’m glad to recommend mint real estate to everyone who has the needs.

We had an excellent experience with Sophie throughout the leasing process. What impressed me most was her level of commitment. She was still working with us at 7pm on a Friday, going back and forth between us and the owner to get everything sorted. That really stood out to me. As a business owner myself, that is exactly the type of consultant I would want representing us as a vendor. Responsive, committed and willing to go the extra mile to get an outcome. Sophie was professional, knowledgeable and excellent with her communication from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed with the level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Never had any issues at the apartment I was in, every communication I had with the agency was professional and all communications was always very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody,
