About Kristie

Kristie has worked in the real estate industry since 1997. She has experience in all facets of Real Estate including Property Management, Strata Management, Trust Accounting, Sales Administration, Settlements and General Accounts. As the Chief Operations Officer it is Kristie's role to manage the day to day running of the organisation. She heads up the property management department while managing the trust account, oversees the sales team and works closely with the Managing Director to ensure the the smooth operation of the buiness while setting, monitoring and ensuring all goals are acheived. With a Diploma in Accounting, Sales & Property Management Registration, Kristie recently achieved her Diploma in Property (Triennial License). Kristie is a very motivated and passionate leader whose desire for success and growth is complimented by her knowledge and passion for the industry.

Not bad, pretty decent, really.

The people at Mallison were friendly and helpful. They did seem to have a large workload which meant that sometimes issues or responses were delayed. Sometimes, though, matters were dealt with quickly, which was nice. Overall, pretty good.

A Good Agency

Moving from regional to Perth meant a lot of communication with Perth agents. Mallison were the easiest group to deal with. Since moving into a rental we had some issues needing attention which were dealt with swiftly. House inspection was done effectively and feed back to us renters was quick. They are a very people group and nice to deal with. Aware of the market but aren't sharks in the market either.
