Instead of just answering questions I ask, he also actively sent out all information required about rental properties without any lengthing call or meet up. This way I have better understanding and be able to compare between each agents. Kristian and Aimee are excellent in communicating and make the whole process seamlessly. They also give earnest opinion about market without inflate it so that my expectation stays in reasonable range. Definitely entrust my future investment with them again.
