The property manager is so professional and customer focused ( Dana Qi) she helped me when a trades was trying to over charge me few thousands dollars for small garage repair and also help me a lot when dealing with difficult renter who couldn’t perform renter’s duty. In today’s world it’s hard to find trustable property manager, and it’s not always a matter of management fee. It’s all about professionalism and customer oriented mindset.
