Agencies in Oakleigh South, VIC, 3167

I have been a long term landlord and Est8 has provided a service beyond my expections. Thank you Est8

Con and his team are fantastic. Current awareness of trends in the local market are spot on and communication is clear and effective. All their advice is to the point and everything that they suggested played out exactly as they said. Thoroughly professional, I feel that they have my best interests at heart. Whenever issues arise they are right onto it and they make sure that all issues are followed through until they reach a satisfactory conclusion. Very happy with Est8 Agent Property Group and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

I have been with Est8 Agent Property Group for a good four years plus. I can't fault them. I was originally dealing with Nick however now deal with Jana. Both fantastic operators and are all over my portfolio. If I have any questions, they attend with answers immediately.

I’ve worked with team at Lynchs for a long time now, they are approachable, professional and quick to resolve any issues. It’s clear they truly care about the properties they manage.

The agency and the property managers do a great job of leasing my property. They always lease it quickly and communicate well with me.

Always professional in their dealings with me, they have great market knowledge, and they always keep me in the loop.
