Gives immense pleasure in writing this review and Want to thank New Era Team for maintaining my investment property in a very professional way. Especially Charan is very prompt in answering calls almost 24/7 and providing inputs and services which is giving peace of mind to me and my family. Strongly recommend for any real estate services such as sales and property maintenance. The team has sorted out very quickly to have separate utilities meters for granny which is compliance thing and they are up to date in communicating to the owner on property maintenance related information.

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

I had an outstanding experience with this agency while renting out my property. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for achieving the best outcome. Their advice on the rental price was clear, well‑researched, and grounded in current market conditions. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, which gave me confidence that the property was being positioned correctly. The result proved their expertise, the property attracted strong interest, and they secured a great tenant in a very short timeframe. What impressed me most was the thoroughness of their background checks. They conducted a detailed review of the applicant’s history, references, and suitability, ensuring that I felt fully informed before making a decision. This level of diligence made the entire process feel secure and well‑managed. Communication throughout was exceptional. I was kept updated at every stage, from listing to inspections to final approval. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I always felt that my property was being handled with care and attention.
