Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. Their advice on the rental price was clear, well‑researched, and grounded in current market conditions. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, which gave me confidence that the property was being positioned correctly. The result proved their expertise, the property attracted strong interest, and they secured a great tenant in a very short timeframe.
