As a first time landlord I appreciated the clear guidance on the process. Vanesa & Emily were great to work with, ensuring the process ran smoothly.

Our existing Tenant decided not to renew their lease, Vanessa at Burswood Real Estate was proactive in securing us a new tenant quickly and painlessly resulting in our apartment being vacant for less that 2 weeks. Vanessa already had a client base of potential tenants, thereby minimising the advertising costs. Vanessa responds promptly to any queries, is thorough in her attention to detail and is also friendly and approachable. I am very happy to recommend Vanessa to property owners who want a high quality of service.
