Luke and Sam had been amazing with their response

All staff have been trained well all about regulation and impression their services mind to help.

The staff at Raine and Horne were exceptionally friendly, which made my experience with them truly enjoyable. I had heard positive feedback about their services from friends, which is why I chose to work with them. As a student, finding suitable accommodation within my budget can be challenging, but the team at Raine and Horne, especially Luke and Sam went above and beyond to assist me in finding a great option. I highly recommend Raine and Horne Kingsford for their excellent service and dedication to helping clients like myself find the perfect accommodation.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

The principal David was very good leased my apartment after the first showing for a price above the guide very happy with his performance. However there for the other items such as documents signing, lease managers I was getting emails from so many different people and within the first week the lease managers changed and felt like I dealt with 3 of them, plus many emails from different people, it would have been better if there was just one representative I felt with.

I like the are organise an they respond promptly to our enquires

Belle property has been exceptional with our new tenancy. They have made the whole process very easy and I am delighted they are the property managers for our unit.
