Co-founder and Director of Raine & Horne Kingsford/Kensington, Andrew Yong has a wealth of experience and industry knowledge with more than 30 years in real estate. Andrew is a highly respected, dedicated and sought after advisor to his clients, with a well-deserved reputation for having an in-depth understanding of different people and cultures within our community. Along with English, Andrew speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Hakka and Indonesian. Beginning his property journey in Malaysia, Andrew migrated to Australia in 1991 joining a boutique real estate agency in the Eastern Suburbs. Developing a thorough understanding of the industry in valuing, sales, property management and marketing Andrew established his own business, John Andrew Real Estate Pty Ltd, in 2007. With a high attention to detail, Andrew’s friendly and professional approach is much appreciated by vendors, tenants and owners, translating into longer tenancies and more consistent income for owners. Excellent service at Raine and Horne Kingsford

The staff at Raine and Horne were exceptionally friendly, which made my experience with them truly enjoyable. Great Agency!

Understanding Staff

In 2019, my rental property was changed to Raine & Horne Kingsford. I had overpaid rent earlier in the year and it was not resolved by my old agent for a long time. After showing R&H the record of mails with my old agent, they were willing and able to refund me the amount I had overpaid within a week, which I am extremely grateful for. I have recently moved out during the Christmas period, and they were also able to follow up quickly after the holiday despite some hiccups in the process.
