Mr. Chee is an excellent property agent. He handles everything with care and with good advice. We can leave our property under his care without worries.

CT Realestate has been managing 2 of our properties for over 5 years. Chee has been terrific to deal with. He is a very hands on person and an excellent communicator, he is warm, friendly and hardworking. I would highly recommend CT Realestate to manage your rental property.

I’ve had a great experience working with CT Real Estate as a landlord. They’ve been professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Communication has always been clear and timely, and they’re proactive in handling issues before they become problems. Importantly, they also take excellent care of the tenant, which gives me real confidence that the property is being managed fairly and responsibly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

I had a very welcoming experience after securing my tenancy. The experience was smooth, communicative and comfortable.

Maria is caring and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Maria was my first real estate agent and I couldn’t have asked for a better person! After going to countless inspections and communicating with other agents and landlords I was so tired. But I was so happy to secure my lease at my current property with Real Estate Edge. Not only was Maria, Nancy and the team prompt with their communication but I also felt reassured and taken care of. Maria especially has such a welcoming and warm personality. Even when there were a few issues I wanted to fix up in the property, the agency made sure to take care of it as soon as possible. As an international student, it’s quite hard in the current housing market and I have been rejected before simply for not being a domestic tenant. But from the start Maria treated my application fairly and was considerate with my time difference as well as I was out of the country at the time I was offered the lease. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I would like to extend our sincere appreciation for Fred’s exceptional service throughout the property rental process. As this is our first investment property in Melbourne, we were very impressed with how patient and dedicated he was to secure a tenant for us. More importantly, Fred is friendly, professional and easily contactable. He always keeps us updated in a very timely manner.

The service is very serious. If you have a problem, you can deal with it in time. If you have any questions, it's good to answer them in time.
