From the moment I met Robyn from Nesti Realty I experienced the best professional, courteous and consistent service and the personal care given has been the best real estate agents I have met to date. Robyn and the fanastic team have been recommended to all my family, friends and work colleagues as a high level service real estate agency .

Working with Nesti Realty has been nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction, they demonstrated professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were incredibly responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile and have been proactive with maintenance, quick to address any concerns, and any issues that have arisen. I appreciate the transparency in communication and how they handle everything with a sense of urgency and care.

Im so happy I was recommended to Nesti by Janelle. The team acted swiftly, ensure you are comfortable and confident with their services and genuinely get you the best tenant for your investment. I also love the positively they brought when I was very green with renting a property. It has been a smooth service and communication is superior. I honestly dont think about the property as i know its in awesome hands as if it was their own. Very competitive pricing and superior support.

The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
