No complaints at all with Belle Hope Island's Property Management. The did what they said with a minimum of fuss. So far so good.

Tenants late for rent every single week. Always behind and we need to chase them to fix. Fobbed off when we raise issues constantly

The Hope Island Belle team and especially Meaghan surpassed our expectations and we look forward to a long term rental management relationship. Highly Recommend.

Overall, I must say that I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that you exhibited throughout the process. From our initial communication to the final signing of the lease agreement, you were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The team at link living did an awesome job getting our property rented. They were highly responsive, and went above and beyond and ensured that the entire process felt simple.

I have dealt with a number of Property management companies in both Victoria and Queensland and I can say that this company have performed far better than any of the others and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone, give Brad a call

Jerry and his team are easy to deal with, efficient & effective, and were so helpful in helping us navigate all involved in renting out a property. They helped us find a suitable tenant quickly and have always been upfront and transparent in all dealings. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and great to deal with I would highly recommend them to any owner.

Excellent service and communication, Jerry is the super star. We don’t need to worry about anything.
