Contacted Kirsty form LJ Hooker Metro, and all my correspondence from the initial visit to view our home was followed by great communication. I had lots of questions about my home, as I wanted it respected and well looked after. Kirsty had literature of the area and the market to show me what was comparable, Kirsty then followed up with another visit as we need to do some repairs. Kirsty kept us in the loop as well as I to her with timeframes to when it would be ready and for her to advertise. Between Kirsty and Jackson keeping me informed on the property online, and the registered inspections to actual Applicants, and a followed-up call for the final candidates it was all smooth and stress-free process for our precious home to be rented out for people to appreciate.
