Rebecca made the whole process of listing our home for rent simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the start, and arranged amazing photography that presented the property beautifully. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and we had tenants secured within days of the first open home. We really appreciated how easy Rebecca made the process for us and the care she took in getting everything right. Now that our home is leased, it is also reassuring to know we have Jason looking after the property moving forward. He has communicated clearly from the outset and made the transition into property management incredibly easy for us. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
