Agencies in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

Rofa was so quick to respond to any queries I had and was available at all times to resolve any issues. She provided amazing support through out the whole process and was a great communicator. Highly recommend her and her company

I've been extremely happy with my experience with Rise Property Management. From the initial application and signing process through to moving in, everything has been smooth, professional and well-organised. Any issues that have arisen with the property have been communicated clearly and addressed promptly, which has made the entire experience as a tenant very positive. I also appreciate the high standards they maintain when looking after the property. It's clear they genuinely care about both their tenants and property owners, and their thorough quarterly inspections reflect their commitment to managing properties to a high standard. It's refreshing to deal with a property management team that is professional, responsive and considerate of everyone involved. I would happily recommend Rise to both tenants and property owners!

Rofa and her team are amazing. They are so attentive to detail and make sure everything is sorted for your property. We were referred to them and I am so happy with that choice and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else!

Jerry and his team are easy to deal with, efficient & effective, and were so helpful in helping us navigate all involved in renting out a property. They helped us find a suitable tenant quickly and have always been upfront and transparent in all dealings. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and great to deal with I would highly recommend them to any owner.

Excellent service and communication, Jerry is the super star. We don’t need to worry about anything.
