Agencies in Gold Coast - Tweed Heads

We recently rented our new home through LJ Hooker Mudgeeraba and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything progressed so quickly and smoothly, from viewing the property through to our application approval - special shout out to Leah and Shanelle who are absolutely wonderful to deal with — both were professional, friendly, and incredibly prompt with all communication. We’re so grateful for all their help, we love our new home and couldn’t recommend Leah, Shanelle, and the team at LJ Hooker highly enough!! 🙌🏼☺️

I recently changed property managers after a pretty frustrating experience with my previous one. My tenants gave plenty of notice they were leaving, but weeks went by with barely any progress — no real enquiry, no inspections happening, and the property was advertised at a price that just didn’t make sense. It honestly felt like nothing was getting done unless I chased it myself. Switching over to LJ Hooker Mudgeeraba was a complete game changer. From the first conversation with Shannelle and Leah, you could tell they actually cared and knew what they were doing. They were upfront, proactive, and just got things moving straight away. Within what felt like no time, everything was turned around. The property was advertised properly, an open home was organised (and actually well attended), and straight away there were multiple solid applications coming through. What really stood out was how quickly they handled everything — all the checks were done, and a new lease was agreed and signed within 24 hours. The service so far has honestly been outstanding. Shannelle and Leah have completely restored my confidence in having a property manager, and I finally feel like my investment is being looked after properly. I work in mortgage broking and deal with property professionals all the time, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to my clients. Really looking forward to working with them long term.

Haus to Home have been my agents since I’ve had my investment property. They are have always been on top of all my property needs - maintenance, payment of rent, owners statements and inspection reports (which are very detailed and include photos). I feel quite confident my property is in good hands.

Since moving to Haus to Home Reality,I have found them very professional in the way they operate. They are up to date with the current real estate conditions of the area, securing a good rental for my property. Also they are very friendly and curtious over the phone and emails.

Transition to Haus to Home was smooth and professional, and rewarding with a fresh market value lease with geat tenants. Highly recommend you taking a look.

These guys are awesome and works with your best interest in their heart. I have used these guys for last 5 years and I have nothing but the best things to say. Keep up the great works guys 👏👌

Endless stars for Sid — Go Sid! We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have Sid as our property manager. He has looked after our property with genuine care and professionalism. He brings exceptional knowledge especially around legal and regulatory matters and always provides thoughtful, practical guidance. What truly sets Sid apart is his proactive communication, professionalism, and genuine care for both landlord and tenant. He carries out detailed inspections, spots issues early and arranges quality trades to get things fixed quickly. His ability to manage challenges calmly and effectively is commendable. Sid is trustworthy, energetic and consistently goes above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend him more.

Always been communicative and putting landlord first He has been following up the rest of issues with RTA regsrding previous tenants.Previous property manager wasn't available most of the time I contacted her and delayed response noted all the time.
