Agencies in Yeppoon

RMW have been looking after our property in Yeppoon for over 12 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. Our house recently flooded which was the last thing we needed at a time when we had lots of stress going on due to other circumstances. Belinda from RMW was on top of everything from the get go and had insurance and trades people onto the job immediately. She has been handling everything whilst we are on the other side of the country which has taken such massive burden/stress off our shoulders knowing it is in her very capable hands. We have had nothing but dramas with other properties that are with other managers so I cannot recommend Belinda and the RMW team more highly.

The Team at RMW are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, obliging and supportive on a daily basis. My queries are always dealt with i a timely manner. Rory and Tegan have a down to earth approach and take on board my objectives in a positive and supportive manner.

Quickly tenanted which minimisers loss if income. Thankyou Rebecca Beak.

Karin, my rental agent at @realestate Karin is fabulous. She finds great tenants and that's so important. She keeps me informed about any maintenance issues and arranges problems to Karin my rental agent at @realestate.com is fabulous. She finds great tenants. She arranges everything early so when tenants leave there are new good tenants ready to move in. She only accepts good tenants.

I have been very happy with the level of service and attention given to myself and property.

Emily from Ray White Yeppoon recently found a tenant for our house in Yeppoon. I found her to be very efficient, professional and a great communicator. She displayed good market knowledge to get a rental price that suited our needs. I would highly recommend.

Emily has demonstrated a high standard of service. She has communicated exceptionally well with me, every step of the way and responded efficiently to all my enquiries, making the process very easy.

I'm so pleased I chose RayWhite for my new property! Not only did my PM, Emily, know the current market well and priced my house accordingly, but she also secured an excellent tenant within days resulting in my investment property expected to return a fantastic yield. Well done team 👏

Kailah has been very friendly, efficient and has made the renting process for a first time landlord incredibly seamless and straight forward. Thank you!
