A positively positive experience

Mr Real Estate Rockhampton have been managing one of my 2 properties for a few years now. I have found them to be reliable, efficient and effective in finding the kinds of tenants we want in our property. Recently my second property became available to be rented after my mother moved to a location more suitable for her needs as she ages. I had no hesitation in engaging Mr Real Estate to take on the management of this 2nd property. Again they were quick and effective in advising me on market conditions and in location several suitable potential tenants. From the time the property was available it was tenanted within 2 weeks. The staff at Mr Real Estate are bright and cheery, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my queries and requests. I am more than happy with their service and look forward to a lengthy and beneficial collaboration.

Set and Forget

I have several investment properties around the state and they at times take up precious time to administer. Having these investments managed at arms length has given me more time to focus on other areas in my portfolio. I have found the team at Mr Real Estate Rocky have been doing a great job in looking after my property in Rocky to where now I see that as a "set and forget" knowing that it is being looked after professionally.

10/10 for Service, Support and Advice!

Talk about full circle service! Kailah was there to support us during our investment purchase offering top advice on what we needed to do to maximise returns. Kailah was always a phone call away throughout the renovations to reassure us we were on the right track and then once we were ready to lease the property, Kailah and Emily found us the perfect tenant within 24 Hours!! An incredibly professional team that we have no hesitation in recommending.
