Agencies in Randwick, NSW, 2031

Plamena has been very helpful and responsive throughout my tenancy. She communicates clearly and has been quick to follow up on maintenance issues and arrange repairs when needed. Overall, I’ve had a good experience dealing with her and the agency. I’d also like to mention Cemil, who was very friendly and helpful at the beginning and recommended suitable properties to me during the leasing process.

The team responded to all my questions, they gave me the correct market appraisal and the value of the rented property. they had no doubt they would rent the property and a very confident team.. the effort was exceptional. I lost no time or income with an unrented property.

I've had a fantastic experience working with Harcourts Wentworth Partners. From day one, they have been professional, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and communication is seamless.

I have known Perly and Szilvia for many years. I have had the opportunity to engage with them as both a tenant and an owner. They are always very helpful and responsive, and do everything with the utmost respect and a smile on their face. I highly recommend PM Realty for your real estate needs.

There were some issues along the way, such as the agreed open day was cancelled and the carpet was not cleaned by the effective date of the lease, but overall the communication and cooperation was relatively smooth.

Our experience with PM Realty has been fantastic so far. From the day we picked up the keys, the team has been approachable, supportive, and responsive to all our queries. Even when small issues came up, like the garage door, the team handled it with patience and professionalism, keeping us updated and making sure we felt heard. It’s clear that tenant satisfaction is important to them, and we’ve really valued their commitment and communication. We feel confident that with PM Realty, any future concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Highly recommend their team!
