Agencies in Randwick, NSW, 2031

Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Mattheus has been incredibly helpful throughout my rental process. He always replied quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience much easier. Super friendly, organised, and easy to talk to. Really appreciate all his support!

I would like to pass on my sincere feedback and appreciation for Kristian Lovicu from Harris Tripp. My property had been on the rental market with another agency for three weeks without securing a tenant. Within less than five business days of Kristian taking over, he was able to secure an amazing tenant and made the entire process so easy and efficient for me. Kristian was incredibly professional, proactive and dedicated throughout the whole process. He never gave up and continued working hard until he secured the right tenant. I’m extremely grateful for his hard work, communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend Kristian to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for their clients. Thank you, Kristian, for making what could have been a stressful process so smooth and effortless!

JP has been great in dealing with a number of issues with our property - really responsive.
