Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.
