Ebony estimated the rent realistically, proposing a little discount compared to appraisal due to a small dining area, then Trish conducted several open homes and in 9 days found reliable tenants with good history for my 3bd unit in a duplex. Unfortunately, the apartment was broke in while it was unoccupied, so one open home was skipped due to uncertainty, but Ebony handled all the work and made sure the property is back on the market the next day.

Communication was timely and comprehensive, so I always knew the situation. In a few days folks managed to find a tenant with a good history for the price they appraised earlier, so that’s an excellent result!

The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.
