We had a very positive experience with Xceed Real Estate during our rental application. Communication was quick and clear from the beginning, and we were kept well informed throughout the process. They were very responsive whenever we had a question and provided all the information we needed in a straightforward and professional way. The application process was smooth and well organised, and we really appreciated how helpful and easy they were to deal with.

The whole team at Xceed went above and beyond to re lease my property in a timely and professional manner! Special thanks to Sophia, Doneata and Molly, for all your communication and care for my property, im so happy with you guys :)

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

Ernest and the team always deliver excellent service, always responsive when I needed help on anything. Highly recommended

Been a really helpful agency for us.

Ernest and Team at Austpro have been my property managers for over a year now and they have been absolutely fantastic so far. Very smooth sailing with all property related dealings. I don't have to worry about anything as everything from inspections to tenant handling etc., is taken care of 100%. I get a very clear and concise property earning report clearly detailing all outgoings every month. Absolutely will recommend to anyone looking for quality property managers.
