We have found Welsh real estate to be very forthcoming with all communications thus far. Punctuality, professionalism and excellence from all team members has been in line with the highest standards that we have seen in Australia, and stands as a positive reflection on the company, as a whole. Of particular note has been the pride in quality and the diligence of service delivered by Robin throughout our engagement in Welsh real estate services so far. Thankyou to all at Welsh real estate today, and into the future.

Smooth exit process of the tennants that were moving out and great communication about the new leasing process. Really helpful with the minor touch ups needed to get the house ready to re rent. Very personal approach.

We had a great experience with this property manager. Communication was consistently clear, timely, and professional. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Overall, a reliable and easy person to work with

Stephanie has been amazing as our property manager, she responds promptly and professionally, she communicates well and answers all my concerns with all the relevant information! Professionals in general have been a huge help with finding the perfect rental for us, when visiting for inspections they always supplied the best and most accurate information about the property and were always so helpful in making sure we find the best property for us.
