Friendly, switched-on, and good communication!
Treena was a gem.
She was very helpful throughout the refinancing process and always tried to give us 3 options/lenders to choose from.
She was very approachable, and would answer our questions or resolve confusion in a clear and comprehensive manner.
She would even message us after-hours! This was truly above and beyond what the average person would do. Much much appreciated.
She tried her best to get us the best deal/lender with best interest rates.
She made the process much much easier than if we had done it ourselves! We couldn't have done it without her!
The lovely hamper was a nice touch on settlement day :)
