He shows you what a real property manager means, especially when you have dealt with others before. I will refer whoever i know when they come to me and ask for referer. After all, you just need someone who is realiable and trustable who cares for your valuable property. I think they are.

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
